Biocyte laboratories offer Liposomal Fe Iron, a combination of iron, vitamins C and B12 which helps reduce fatigue.
Iron, an essential trace element for our body, it contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin as well as to the oxygenation of cells and tissues. It is found in red blood cells whose role is to ensure the transport of oxygen in the body. When we lack iron we have a feeling of fatigue, because we then ensure less good oxygenation of the cells. in order to facilitate the bioavailability of iron, this active ingredient is micro-encapsulated.
People who may be deficient in iron:
- women during menstruation (and particularly during heavy periods),
- people who have suffered a loss of blood, for example during an accident or following an operation
- athletes, their repeated efforts require good oxygenation
- children and adolescents who are growing
Iron is found in various foods such as red meats, shellfish, soybeans or tofu. When the iron bioavailability of these foods is not always sufficient to cover daily needs, it is sometimes necessary to supplement your diet. Fe Iron is formulated by microencapsulation, allowing this mineral to pass the gastric barrier without being damaged and to be directly absorbed into the blood.

Usage tips
It is advisable to take 1 capsule per day with a large glass of water, preferably during the meal.
Composition
Ingredients: UltraFER® microencapsulated iron [ferric pyrophosphate; emulsifiers: sucrose esters of fatty acids, lecithins]; L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C); capsule shell (gelatin); maltodextrin; emulsifier: magnesium salts of fatty acids; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide [nano]; cyanocobalamin.
