Take the treatment in the hands and apply it on the neck and the oval of the face, massaging until total penetration and according to the desired objective. Do you want to firm your skin? Use circular motions and massage from the center of the neck to the jaw. If you want to tone your skin, gently pinch the skin in the center of the chin with both hands and lightly pinch outward. If your goal is to reshape the skin, smooth the skin under the chin from the center outwards with both hands. Finish the massage by pressing for 5 seconds at the bottom of the chin.
